My Review of Online Land USA .com

I am a internet savy kinda guy and I spend my time like most land hunters on Craigslist and EBAY and a couple of land sites then I came across a site that my eyes popped out of my head...


I picked apart the site and I was shocked that it was a simple sign up and then I was off to the races... By todays standards the prices are not unreasonable.

One of the things that I absolutely love is that some people don't want to give you the GPS coordiates or Lat and Long which is I can only imagine for two reasons. One they do not want you to really know where the property is (deceitful) . Two they are just lazy I mean who is going to take the time to actually go out to the middle of nowhere and take pictures....


I went over every single property with unbelievable detail. I took the coordinates highlighted them and plopped them into Google earth and then 3D zoomed around the area looking for neighbors, water sources and other features.


I had knew that this was the way I wanted to shop for my land...


I could see actual pictures of the lot ! It combines an online auction (E Bay feel) with the best part, no credit checks!


They give you the option to pay low monthly payments which puts the land within reach for everyone.  They take a modest approach of charging about 12% interest on the land which is like 100 dollars for every thousand dollars on the property very reasonable in my opinion.


I could with a small down and with monthly payments get a parcel of land the largest one I have seen is just under 10 acres which is perfect size to live on...


I make this one of my go to websites to look for reasonable off grid type land.


they have a easy format to follow and I really cannot see any type of issue...

I highly recommend them to consider them to making your first choice in searching for property online... two thumbs up...
